New customers will be asked for a £24 deposit to secure their booking (please note, deposits are non refundable)
Give us as much detail as you can about your dog’s size, condition of their coat and temperament so we can select the best groomer and time slot for them.
We aim to respond to every request as quickly as possible, if you don’t see a reply within a couple of days – PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 business hours in advance as they are extremely difficult to fill last minute. If Bark & Bath cannot fill the cancelled appointment a 50% charge of the groom base cost will be applied and must be paid before another appointment is made. If the appointment is cancelled with 24 hours notice or less full payment of the groom base cost is required.
